Different Types of Rubber Door Mats

Rubber mat is a mat made of natural rubber, synthetic rubber and other polymer materials. The thickness is generally between 1.5-2.5cm. It is usually divided into two kinds of safety rubber mat and plastic runway. 


Rubber door mat is an environmental protection floor mat, because all materials are non-toxic and harmless environmental protection materials and polymer environmental protection materials. 


 

Food grade rubber sheet 

Specification: 1~80mm×100~2000mm; 

Industrial rubber sheet 

Specific gravity: 1.5;

Hardness: 60°±5°; 

Performance: non-toxic, tasteless, good elasticity; 

Application: used in food processing places and food industry tools accessories; 

Features: made of tasteless, non-toxic raw materials, no harmful chemical ingredients to human body, consistent color and no pollution;

Clamp cloth rubber sheet 

Specification: 1.5~80mm×100~2000mm; 

Parameters: Rubber material can be produced according to customer requirements, 

Specific gravity: 1.4 ~ 1.6; 

Breaking force: 3.5mpa; 

Elongation: 200%; 

Hardness: 70°±5°; 

Gauze mesh, density: 7 x 15 inches, 15 x 15 inches, 

Interlayer: 1 to several layers 

Performance: medium pressure, strong tensile strength, small deformation; 

Application: Punching seals, rings, used as light conveyor belt, to the strong requirements of the environment work; 

Color: according to the customer provided (color card) and determined; 

Features: The products can be produced as one side of the light side of the wool, cloth grain surface to meet customer requirements; 

Packing: woven bag 50kg/ roll or according to customer's requirement of length packing 


Clamp stainless steel mesh plate 

Specification: 2.0~80mm×100~2000mm; 

Parameters: Rubber material can be produced according to customer requirements, 

Specific gravity: 1.4 ~ 1.6; 

Breaking force: 3.5mpa; 

Elongation: 200%; 

Hardness: 70°±5°; 

Stainless steel mesh diameter by customer specified 

Interlayer: 1~ several layers; 

Performance: medium pressure, strong tensile strength, small deformation; 

Color: according to the customer provided (color card) and determined; 

Features: The products can be produced as one side of the light, one side of the wool, two sides of the smooth surface, cloth surface and so on to meet customer requirements; 

Packing: woven bag 50kg/ roll or according to customer's requirement of length packing 


Butyl rubber sheet 

Specification: 1~100mm×100~2000mm; 

Specific gravity: 1.4; 

Breaking force: 5Mpa; 

Elongation: 300%; 

Hardness: 50°-60°; 

Properties: wear resistance, strong elasticity, cut and tear resistance, good flexibility, heat resistance, acid and alkali resistance, wear resistance noise reduction and other properties. 

Application: pump, valve, cyclone lining, groove, pipe lining, etc. 

Color: black, milky white, gray, red, green and other colors; 


Insulating rubber sheet 

Specification: 3~80mm×100~2000mm; 

Specific gravity: 1.6; 

Breaking force: 5Mpa; 

Elongation: 280%; 

Hardness: 65°±5°; 

Performance: working in dielectric environment, the maximum insulation voltage is 100,000V; 

Color: black or various other colors; 

Packaging: kraft paper, film, woven bag, according to customer requirements of fixed length, fixed weight packaging.
