How to solve the bad effect of steel plate cleaning machinery brush?

(1) The brush effect is too weak:


——Select a brush with a large diameter or increase the speed (not exceeding the maximum speed) to increase the linear speed,


——Reduce the length of eating silk,


——Use a thick wire brush instead.


(2) The brush effect is too strong:


——Choose a brush with a small diameter or reduce the speed to reduce the linear speed,


——Increase the length of eating silk,


——Use a fine wire brush instead.


(3) The surface is too rough:


——Select a brush with a large diameter or increase the speed (not exceeding the maximum speed) to increase the linear speed,


——Reduce the length of eating silk,


——Use a thick wire brush instead.


(4) The surface is too smooth


——Choose a brush with a small diameter or reduce the speed to reduce the linear speed,


——Increase the length of eating silk,


——Use a fine wire brush instead.
