Nanocrystalline Core materials

Nanocrystalline Core materials

Features

The iron-based nanocrystalline alloy is composed of iron, silicon, boron, niobium, copper, etc. When an iron-based amorphous alloy containing Cu and Nb is annealed at the crystallization temperature, it will form a very fine grain structure with a grain size of only 10-20 nanometers. This amorphous alloy is formed by special crystallization annealing The static materials are called nanocrystalline alloys.

Nanocrystalline materials have excellent characteristics such as high saturation magnetic induction, high magnetic permeability, low coercivity, low loss and good stability, high strength and toughness, and corrosion resistance. Nanocrystalline alloy materials have the best performance-to-price ratio among soft magnetic materials. They can replace silicon steel, permalloy and ferrite, and become ideal materials for medium and high frequency transformers, transformers, and inductor components.
