ABS Sheet

ABS English name Acrylonitrile-butdiene-styrene is the polymer with the largest output and the most extensive application.It organically unifies the various properties of PS, SAN, and BS, and has excellent mechanical properties of toughness, rigidity, and rigid phase balance.


Working temperature: from -50 degrees to +120 degrees


ABS main performance

excellent impact strength, good dimensional stability, dyeing, good molding and machining, high mechanical strength, high rigidity, low water absorption, good corrosion resistance, simple connection, non-toxic and tasteless, with excellent chemical properties and electrical insulation properties. Can withstand heat without deformation,


It also has high impact toughness under low temperature conditions. It is also a hard material that is not easy to be scratched or deformed. Low water absorption; high dimensional stability. Conventional ABS board is not very white, but the toughness is very good, it can be cut with a shearing machine, or it can be punched with a die.


Uses

auto parts (instrument panel, tool door, wheel cover, mirror box, etc.), radio shell, telephone handle, high-strength tools

Solvent experiment: cyclohexanone can be softened, aromatic solvent has no effect


Drying condition: 80-90 ℃ for 2 hours


Mold shrinkage: 0.4-0.7%


Mold temperature: 25-70 ℃ (the mold temperature will affect the finish of the plastic parts, the lower the temperature will result in a lower finish)


Melting temperature: 210-280 ℃ (recommended temperature: 245 ℃)


Molding temperature: 200-240 ℃


Injection speed: medium and high speed


Injection pressure: 500-1000bar


ABS sheet specifications: thickness x width x length: 1-200mmx1000mmx2000mm, also can be customized according to requirements.


ABS bar specifications: diameter X length: 2-200mmX1000mm
